1. Information we collect

When you complete a pre-qualification or enquiry form we collect what you provide: what you intend to finance, amount range, time in business, estimated credit range, state, your name, phone number, email address, whether you asked for a callback, and any notes you write.

We also record the page the form was submitted from and the date and time of submission. Standard server logs may capture technical data such as IP address, browser type and referring page for security and abuse prevention.

2. How we use your information

We use it to respond to your request, assess which financing structures may suit your business, prepare and present your application to funding partners, and keep records required for compliance and dispute handling. We do not use your information for automated decision-making that has legal effect — credit decisions are made by lenders.

3. Who we share it with

We share your application details with lenders, finance companies and funding providers we believe can quote on your request, and with service providers who host our website and database under contract. We do not sell your information to unrelated third parties, and we do not publish or trade contact lists.

Once a lender receives your application, that lender handles your information under its own privacy policy, including any credit-bureau enquiries it performs.

4. Credit checks

Submitting a form does not itself trigger a credit check. If you proceed with a funding partner, that partner may obtain business and personal credit reports and may make a soft or hard enquiry as disclosed to you at that time.

5. Storage, security and retention

Submissions are stored in a secured, access-controlled database that is not publicly readable. Access is limited to authorised team accounts that must sign in, and read access is restricted by role.

We keep submissions for as long as needed to service your request and to meet legal, tax and record-keeping obligations, then delete or anonymise them. No online transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

6. Your rights and choices

You may ask us to confirm what we hold about you, correct it, delete it, or stop contacting you. Residents of states with comprehensive privacy laws (including California) may also request details of categories collected and shared, and may exercise those rights without discriminatory treatment. We do not sell personal information and we do not share it for cross-context behavioural advertising.

Because we do not publish phone numbers or email addresses, please send these requests using our contact form. We respond within one business day during Mon–Fri, 8am–6pm CT.

7. Cookies and analytics

We use only the cookies and local storage needed to operate the site and keep team sign-in sessions working. If we later add analytics or advertising cookies, we will update this policy and, where required, request your consent first.

8. Children and business use

This site is intended for business use by adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has submitted information, contact us and we will delete it.

9. Marketing and consent to contact

By submitting a form you agree that we and the funding partners we introduce you to may contact you about your request using the details you provided, including by phone, SMS and email. You can withdraw that consent at any time via our contact form. Message and data rates may apply to any SMS you receive.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as our practices or the law change. The version published here applies to your use of the site. Last updated 25 August 2026.
