1. Who we are and what these terms cover

VendingFinance.com ('we', 'us') is a commercial equipment finance brokerage that introduces business borrowers to third-party lenders, finance companies and funding providers. We are not a bank, we are not a lender, and we do not make credit decisions or hold finance contracts.

By accessing this website, using the payment calculator, or submitting any form, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the site.

2. Commercial purposes only — not consumer credit

All financing described on this site is for business and commercial purposes only. It is not consumer credit, and consumer credit protections, disclosures and cooling-off rights do not apply. By applying you confirm you are applying on behalf of a business and that the equipment will be used predominantly for business purposes.

You confirm you are at least 18 years old and authorised to submit the application on behalf of the business named.

3. No offer of credit, no guarantee of approval

Nothing on this site is an offer, commitment, quote, pre-approval or promise of credit. Indicative structures, advertised decision times and payment examples are illustrative only. All financing is subject to underwriting, documentation, vendor verification and lender approval, and any lender may decline or vary terms for any lawful reason.

We do not guarantee any rate, term, amount, fee level, funding date or approval outcome, and we do not guarantee that a funding partner will be available for your request.

4. Calculator and payment estimates

The payment calculator and any in-form repayment estimate are provided for general interest and rough guidance only. They apply a single fixed-rate amortisation formula and ignore many real-world factors, including fees, deposits, advance or security payments, balloon and residual values, variable or tiered rates, insurance, freight, install, taxes, late or early-settlement charges and lender-specific underwriting.

The outputs can be wrong, sometimes materially. Do not rely on them for any business, borrowing, purchasing or accounting decision. Always rely on the written terms provided by the funding lender.

5. How we are compensated

VendingFinance.com is free to use. We do not charge you a fee, and you do not pay us directly. When a lender, finance company or funding provider approves and funds your equipment, that provider may pay us a referral fee or origination share from its own revenue. The amount can vary by lender and product, which is a conflict of interest we disclose up front.

Because compensation can differ between lenders and products, a conflict of interest exists. We disclose it here, on our disclosures page, in the footer of every page and inside the application flow.

6. Information you provide

You agree that all information you submit is accurate, complete and yours to share, and that you authorise us and our funding partners to verify it, including obtaining business and personal credit reports where permitted by law. Submitting false or misleading information may result in decline and, where fraud is suspected, referral to the appropriate authorities.

Information you submit is handled in line with our Privacy Policy.

7. No tax, legal, accounting or investment advice

Content about Section 179, bonus depreciation, lease-versus-buy treatment, route economics, machine costs and profitability is general information only and is not tax, legal, accounting, investment or business advice. Ranges are drawn from our own aggregated application data and market observation, and your results will differ. Consult a qualified tax professional, accountant or attorney before relying on anything published here.

8. No performance or earnings guarantee

Any figure relating to machine revenue, margin, payback or profitability is illustrative and not a projection, forecast or guarantee of results. Vending outcomes depend on location, traffic, product mix, pricing, commissions, service quality and factors outside our control. You are solely responsible for your business decisions.

9. Third-party names and links

References to equipment manufacturers, telemetry providers, payment processors or lenders are for identification only and do not imply endorsement, affiliation or sponsorship. We are not responsible for third-party websites, products, contracts or conduct.

10. Availability, accuracy and limitation of liability

The site is provided 'as is' and 'as available' without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that content is current, complete or error-free, and we may change or withdraw content at any time without notice.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive loss, or for any loss of profit, revenue, data, goodwill or business opportunity, arising from your use of this site, the calculator, or any introduction to a funding partner.

11. Acceptable use

You may not scrape, republish or resell content from this site, submit forms by automated means, submit another person's details without authority, or attempt to access non-public areas such as our internal lead dashboard.

We may update these terms at any time; the version published here governs your use. We do not publish phone numbers or email addresses — all contact happens through the forms on this site.
